CHICAGO: This Summer, Devil’s Due will release This Off Beat Town: Vol. 1, a collected edition of the up and coming writer/artist Jake Smith's four issue miniseries.  This Off Beat Town is a science fiction action comic taking place in the Hong Kong-esque dystopian city Nero. A city full of aliens, robots, and its lead protagonist, a genetically engineered talking chimp named Felix, who also happens to be a freelance mercenary. “I am so stoked to have This Off Beat Town coming out through Devil’s Due!" said Jake Smith.
