Stay-At-Home Theater: CONCRETE COWBOY on Netflix. Nicely done,
with some tender as well as unsettling moments. Good cast. Excellent
drama. Film in Philly and based on a novel which was based on the
actual Fletcher Street cowboys/horse owners. FOUR STARS.
