BAD MONKEY mini-series on Apple TV+: So many friends rave about the
Florida-centric fiction of Carl Hiassen. But, when I read some of his novels I
either don't like them or can't get interested. Not so with Bad Monkey- this one
clicked. Credit a great cast beginning with Vince Vaughn and script-writing/
executive producing by Hiassen himself. A fun crime yarn that doesn't
take itself too seriously. FOUR STARS.
