THE CREATURE COMMANDOS on HBO Max: Yeah, this is similar to
The Suicide Squad, but with monsters. It's also a dark comedy and an
R-rated cartoon with plenty of graphic violence. Just seven episodes of 30
minutes each, so it's won't mess with your time to watch recordings, etc.
I thought it was funny overall and imaginative. Just learned it has been
renewed for a second season. Also, several characters receive big injuries
from fights and beatings and one of the members doesn't survive (just
like the Suicide Squad premise). THREE AND ONE-HALF STARS.
