BALTIMORE COMIC CON Information And New Updates

Baltimore Comic-Con 2021 Kicks Off Tomorrow!
BALTIMORE, MARYLAND - October 21, 2021 - The 22nd Annual Baltimore Comic-Con kicks-off tomorrow afternoon, Friday, October 22, 2021 at the Baltimore Convention Center! The show floor will open at 1:00 pm (12:30 pm for VIP Ticket holders), but box offices will be open as early as 9:00 am.
Here are a few last-minute reminders for attendees:
Baltimore Comic-Con Entrance 2021
  • We are in the Charles Street Lobby this year (on the Inner Harbor side of the convention center instead of being closest to Camden Yards, with the fountain in the lobby).
  • Online ticket sales end Thursday afternoon.
  • Be sure to arrive early, as lines to enter when the show floor opens will begin to form early.
  • All attendees must bring EITHER a proof of vaccination (we will accept photos of your vaccination card) OR a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of initial attendance (rapid tests are acceptable, home tests are not).
  • All attendees need to bring their receipt from their online ticket purchase or their physical tickets and a photo ID, and follow directions of staff members to guide them to the proper lines where their receipts will be scanned and collected, and wristbands issued.
  • Those who purchased the VIP Packages should go the VIP booth near WILL CALL to attain their packages.
  • Some VIP and Fan Package tickets remain available for sale at baltimorecomiccon.com. Unsold tickets will be available at the ticket counter while supplies last.
  • The Joe Quesada Platinum Signing will be Saturday at 1:00pm in Room 317. The Joe Quesada Gold Signing will be Saturday at 3:00pm in Room 317. Joe Quesadaautograph signings (Silver) will occur at 5:00pm in Room 317. To purchase Joe Quesada Autographs and/or remaining Fan Packages, go to the Tickets page.
  • The Brian K. Vaughan Friday Meet and Greet will be at 3:00pm in Room 324. The Brian K. Vaughan Saturday Meet and Greet will be 3:00pm in Room 324.
  • The 11th Annual Costume Contest, sponsored by Hard Rock Cafe Baltimore, will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2019 at 3:30 pm for adults (professional and amateur), and Sunday, October 20, 2019 at 2:30 pm for children. Registration will begin as soon as the show opens at 10:00 am and lasts until 1:00 pm each respective contest day. Contest Registration forms will be handed out at the Costume Contest Booth located in booth #1200 for all patrons interested in entering the costume contest. Over-18 registration will cost $10 for professionals, $5 for amateurs, and $10 for groups. Under-18 registration will be free.
  • There will be ATMs available throughout the show for your convenience.
  • Maps for the show are now posted.
  • To ensure everyone has a safe and fun weekend, please familiarize yourself with the Baltimore Comic-Con Harassment Policy and Weapons Policy.

COVID Policy

Due to concerns over the spread of COVID, we will be putting some safety measures in place.

  • Approved face coverings will be worn by all while indoors at the convention, meeting the City of Baltimore's mask mandate.
  • Must fit properly and snugly, fully cove ring both the nose and mouth and secure under the chin.
  • Face coverings with valves, mesh, costume masks, damaged masks, neck gaiters, and face coverings that cannot be secured under the chin will not be allowed.
  • Face coverings must be visible at all times. Any headwear or cosplay pieces that cover the face in a way that does not visibly follow the face covering policy will not be allowed.
  • Proof of vaccination

  • Proof of a negative COVID test within 72 hours of admission
  • Proof of vaccination with any vaccine approved or authorized by the WHO or the FDA may be presented on a smart phone, or with a physical copy of the card along with a government issued ID that matches the name on the proof.
  • Self-test results will not be accepted as proof of a negative COVID test.
  • Applies to all attendees, vendors, guests, and convention staff.
