TALAMASCA, THE SECRET ORDER on AMC: Another entry in the Anne Rice INTERVIEW WITH THE VAMPIRE UNIVERSE that showed promise but (for me) failed to live up to its full potential. Just whenever it was building suspense and tension to engaging levels, it would break the mood with scene changes. Still worth watching, if you liked the other series. But not equal to the level of INTERVIEW WITH THE VAMPIRE. Doesn't end with a satisfying conclusion, just leaves the door open for more (and not sure it will be renewed). We also have the upcoming LESTAT THE VAMPIRE to look forward to from AMC network in 2026. THREE STARS.
