EDITOR'S NOTE: For some unknown reason, Youtube no longer provides a link for me to share videos on my Blogger account. I'm not tech savvy, and have learned how to navigate various computer apps through trial and error. Until I figure out how to correct this, I can only provide a link to the video. Which leads me to reconsider whether I'll continue to feature film and music videos on this blog. Without the images, they are less interesting.
WONDER MAN on Disney+: A very odd and quirky offering from the Marvel superhero universe, which is why I appreciate it. This is more about an actor trying to break into Hollywood films and befriending an equally down-on-his luck performer - - and the extent to which their friendship will go. Doesn't have flashy costumes or big action scenes, not even an origin story for how Simon gets his powers. Just drama and comedy, and better for it. THREE AND ONE HALF STARS.
